ORDER CHANGES (CLOTHES) ESHOP

You can change the products of your order* within 30 days from the date it was received, through our eshop, or at our store which is located at Agia Paraskevi. 


In the event that you wish to modify your order, you must follow the below steps:



STEP 1

You will make a new order via our eshop www.coolclub.gr

You will select the products of your choice and place them in your online basket.

You will select as way of payment cash on delivery or bank account deposit if you wish to add additional
item to your order

We will remove any cash on delivery charges and delivery cost when your order gets invoiced.

Attention: You have to write down ‘’ORDER CHANGE’’ in the field ‘’add a comment for your order’’. This is
the only way to understand that thιs specific order concerns a change.

 

STEP 2

 

You have to visit an ELTA Courier agency and send us back the package that you want to return at our
own charge, if this is your first order change. 

When we get the package back and it goes through the necessary quality control, we will immediately
send you your new order.

Returns of products at the COMPANY's charge: 

 

Return of products at the COMPANY's charge can be carried out in all cases in which the order is executed incorrectly, i.e. in case of delivery of an item other than the one ordered by type or quantity as well as in case that at delivery the item has damaged packaging, completely or for the most part or in case it is found that the item is defective. In this case, the customer must either not accept the receipt of the product from the beginning, or request its return, after consultation with the COMPANY. The products must be returned in the condition received by the customer within 15 days from the date of receipt. If they are not returned within the 15-day period, or any other date agreed in writing with the COMPANY, then the Online Shop is entitled to refuse to accept the return and therefore refuse the replacement. For all cases, the return of the product to be replaced must be made with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. invoice, retail sales receipt etc) and its complete packaging. The return of the products with COOL CLUB's charge will be carried out via courier, and not in one of the stores that COOL CLUB maintains (Agia Paraskevi, Peristeri and The Mall Athens). In case of return of the products, and provided that the products have been previously received and checked by COOL CLUB, the refund to the customer will be made by cancelling the credit card charge, which will be made by COOL CLUB, or by deposit in the customer's bank account. In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without further notice to a total or partial set-off of this claim against the customer.

 

Returns of products, which are considered defective at the time of delivery at the COMPANY’s charge:

 

If a product is considered defective at the time of delivery, its return will be at the COMPANY's charge. In this case, the return of the defective product can be made by sending it back with the company ELTA courier, with the COMPANY bearing the costs of receipt and after previous consultation of the customer with the staff of the COMPANY's Online Store.

 

The return of the products, which are considered defective at the time of delivery to the customer, will be made within fifteen (15) calendar days from the delivery to the customer.


In parallel, the product must be undamaged and must have all original documents that accompanied the product (e.g. invoice, retail sales receipt etc.) and its complete packaging. 


In case of return of the products and provided that they have been previously received and checked by
the COMPANY, the refund to the customer, will be made in case of payment by credit card, by cancelling
the credit card charge of the customer, which will be done with the care of the COMPANY and in case of
payment by cash, if the customer had chosen the option "pickup from the store", will be made by returning
the money to him from the store in which he made the purchase. If the customer has purchased a product
that has been considered defective at the time of delivery and has the right to return it at the COMPANY's
expense, as specifically provided above, then he may return to the COMPANY, and its complimentary
products.
